For an end user customer with a Poly product that is within the applicable Warranty Period and has a defect that is covered by this Limited Warranty, Poly will repair or replace, at its option, the Poly product if you provide notice to Poly and return the product to Poly in the manner described in this Limited Warranty. The Poly Voyager Focus UC began breaking up at the 50 foot mark, and the connection wasn't really usable much beyond that distance.. However, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 offers you the option to get the office version which includes a base unit, and provides connectivity to a desk phone, computer or Bluetooth device. This is an option that’s not available on the Poly Voyager Focus 1. 9. New Lower Price (and who doesn't like that?) In the unlikely event that your Poly product has recurring failures or Poly is unable to repair or replace the Poly product, Poly will provide you with a replacement Poly product that is selected by Poly and is the same or similar in performance. But in a general sense, it's wise to cut wireless range claims in half. If you do, you'll end up with a better, real world wireless range figure.
