Please ensure you apply for your examination within the application period and have submitted your reasonable adjustment request by the reasonable adjustment deadline. Eligibility requirements I am the departmental lead for the Royal College of Physicians Improving Quality in Liver Services (IQILS) accreditation scheme. This was a national accreditation project that involved co-ordinating a multi-professional group to assess the standard of care delivered by the service, identify both good practice and areas for improvement and then develop and implement service improvement plans. The North Bristol Liver Unit became the second unit in the country to achieve accreditation in November 2021 and we were commended for the quality of the leadership and evidence presented. Specific standards that were covered included leadership and operational delivery, person centred care, risk and patient safety, clinical effectiveness, workforce development and systems to support service delivery. The examinations have been merged in an aim to harmonise and improve the standards of practice and patient care across Europe. Harmonising the SCE in Gastroenterology and the EBGHE is a practical way of working towards that aim. What will the examination fees be?
