The 2017 Power of the Primes subline of Generations includes a figure named " Rodimus Unicronus", representing a Unicron-corrupted version of normalverse Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime. Of significance is that this figure takes its deco directly from the BotCon 2008 Rodimus figure. Moreover, early pre-release photos and display samples of this toy actually featured purple Autobot symbols, strongly indicating that the toy was once at least considered for release as the actual Shattered Glass version of the character.
