The character development was fantastic, and the romance was *chef's kiss.* It's just the right amount of mysterious, romantic, thrilling adventure and witchy. Definitely, a great spooky read. Romantasy at it's finest. This spin on A Christmas Carol leaves the reader wanting more. A tale as old as time. Two people fighting separate, but similar, internal struggles. Two people who cross unexpectedly cross paths, setting their world spinning on a new axis. Two people, with one difficult choice to make. I love Marley and Atlas! Their banter, sparky comments, distrust, and vulnerability with each other makes you want nothing but happiness for them both.
