About this deal

Landry may come from a rich family, but she lives in terror because of her abusive father. She wants to escape but she stays for her younger, deaf sister to protect her. Landry has never gotten close to anyone but she finds solace in a new, gorgeous classmate named Ford... who at times seems like he has a split personality. Ruined: 𝑫𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 #1 • Ronan Byrne (Caroline Constantine’s personal assassin) & Poppy Waverly Maywell *previously titled Stolen Hearts Said father decides to marry her off to a Constantine and even enrolls her in college. But that's when the nightmare triplets from K. Webster's Cinderella trilogy enter the scene. They have to cause chaos and put a dent on the marriage plans on behalf of their uncle, mighty nasty Bryant Morelli. The story is told from all 4 MCs POVs and I have to admit that I was a bit confused about who is which triplet in the beginning.

tbh my baby had potential but i feel like k webster just did us dirty with him. he had one good scene in which he basically fingered laundry with g spot stuff idfk ok. that scene was hot and the only good part of this book. In fact, I’ll get off on your begging,” I continue with a sneer. “I’ll come all over your face as you cry.”

I don’t usually read a lot of RH but I love K Webster and her books always have a way of keeping me invested in the story and I really needed that this week. I’ve been DNF’ing so many books and nothing has been keeping me interested but this book got me out of my slump!!! Answer the questions (What is your age and two of your favorite dark books?) that accompany your request to join.

Our stepsister was supposed to be a game. We were to toy with her. Scout’s obsession changed everything. It took us to levels in a game we had no business playing.” Webster’s Cinderella Trilogy completely captivated me, so I was eager to read her Deception Duet and it exceeded my expectations. This explosive dark romance was filled with secrets, steamy scenes, along with twists and turns to keep you reading until the very end! One thing that I have always appreciated about K Webster's writing is that she doesn't skimp on details. We don't wonder what happens in Landry's & Della's lives or behind closed doors. We don't have to make guesses about the Triplets' past. She lays it all out for us, sometimes in gory detail.Sparrow is the real Ford, she says with her hands, as though that’s obvious. Sparrow is the dummy. Scout is the maid.” The second half of this story was freaking amazing- and K Webster gets some serious credit for playing with a plotline rarely seen in romance, but one so perfectly executed here. The triplets all start to standout as really distinct characters, and I love how easily Landry sees them. I’m desperate to learn more about the more volatile one, Scout, but currently I’m most compelled by Sparrow- his combination of witty charm with effortless chemistry with Landry had me thirsting for his POVs. And Landry is a brilliant heroine- K Webster has given us a leading lady who has enough vulnerability and naivete to be truly at risk with these crazy triplets while also giving her an inner courage and self-assuredness to be able to go to toe-to-toe with not one but THREE K Webster anti-heroes. I really loved her contrasts and substance - and her devotion to her scene-stealing baby sister stole my heart. Her chemistry with the guys is really well done- K Webster finds a way to create a different emotional connection with each of the guys. (and given the storyline, this adds for some great tension and a dash of humor) It's reverse harem, the characters are beyond morally grey, the relationship development is based solely on sexual attraction and nothing of substance. The plot was a little bit out there, kinda like a Mexican telenovela with the revenge and stuff. Surprisingly, it worked so well for me. I ended up just drinking it all in lol. I still scratch my head here and there that Landry is failing to notice the difference between the boys because she doesn't seem like an idiot to me. I actually quite like her resolve to keep her sister safe and all the things she's done so far to do that so it confuses me how she didn't see it. So that's the only thing that kinda didn't sit well with me. Now working Under Uncle Bryant Morelli thumb, Scout, Sparrow, and Sully New assignment is Landry Croft. Yea, they were not ready for her or the chaos and addiction. For one, the girl can verbally spar with the best of them. She has a plan, and they’re not part of it.

her dad is so weird i'm actually so concerned and idk if this is going to be revealed in the next book because i dont understand how laundry is not a virgin. Laundry knows that Ford does not exist, and is in fact three brothers with the same face, but completely different in other capacities. Now they have her and Della, and it's a confliction for her to say they are protecting her rather than holding her captive. Landry's father is hunting her down, and it is terrifying for all to what the consequences are to be when he has her. The secrets, the brutality? Delicious. The plot was so hot and heavy, twists and turns at every corner and more. I fell head over heels for Scout. What can I say? I like them crazy.

THE BEST WAY OF ENJOYING IT IS BY BUNDLING THESE two full length novels of TRIPLE THREAT and DEATH WISH. Now fast forward a year past the kneecapping that happens in Prince Charming and we have the Triplets in their new life. A life that gets revealed in The Glass Slipper.

this girl was ok to my standards. she wasn't a cry baby and she knew how to handle herself. not a virgin. but something about her is so sus and lemme get into it. Landry is sassy and bitchy when outside her father's influence but she's also easily manipulated and naive. The intense conclusion in this duet that has your stomach turning, heart thundering and emotions raging in a high from the severe drama and wild plot twists. In the second half, Landry and Della finally meet all three of the triplets. I loved the way they melted for her, taking revenge over things that shouldn’t have happened.

I am a huge fan of K. Webster books. She is know for very taboo tropes/romances and this is exactly what this is. This was a really good read! Here we have three triplet alpha-holes who get put on a job to get close to Landry, the daughter of a tyrant billionaire, who is verbally, physically and sexually abusive to his daughters but they all three end up falling for her. The things these three do and say OMG! There are no limits to what they would do for her especially one triplet and you could not hate him for it! This one does leave you on a cliff hanger but so worth it the read! Landry is staying in a living hell to perfect her sister. I don’t think I have hated a fictional character so much, the ideas that popped into my head to take care of her home life. I love her and her adorable sister, Delilah.
