I’ve been knee-deep in my writing hole the past couple of weeks, and I would like to share something about two of the events that will be included in the update.

I must’ve gone through three or four iterations before finally stumbling upon the implementation that proved most effective for us, all the while maintaining good performance and features. If you glance at the code, it might not strike you as particularly elaborate, but devising the method of implementation posed its own challenge. You see, ordinarily textures come in standard rectangular sizes, yet we wanted for the displayables to be oddly shaped — think clouds or bubbles. This led us to the need for texture masking, and that’s where the AlphaMask feature stepped in. It was fairly straightforward, but that’s only a portion of the full story. We will make another announcement as soon as both the game, and Ren’py engine are stable enough and ready to be released to the public. This brings us to another issue that I have been trying to fix for forever — Android devices crashing. For the longest time, I have been attempting to pinpoint the cause for crashes on certain devices, but for the life of me, I could not figure it out. The game worked absolutely fine on all my android devices, it was frustrating, I have been looking over the log files some of you were kind enough to send, and wondering… the numbers, Mason, what do they mean? As an action, you choose a creature within 30 feet of you and attempt to tie their fate to yours. They must succeed on a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save when you take damage, you can use your reaction to expend a 1st level spell slot or higher and take half damage and they take the remaining half damage. This effect lasts for 1 minute and they can repeat the save every time they take damage in this manner. Silver is the favoured metal of contemporary Pagans and Witches for its associations with Goddess, moon Magic, the female principle and the Goddess in winter. Silver reputedly possesses protective powers against negative influences and evil spirits and has been used since ancient times for Amulets. The metal also is said to enhance psychic faculties. Some Witches prefer to wear all silver jewelry; many who wear gold also wear at least one piece of silver at the same time.There are four sections that provide inspiration for your character. Certain options are labeled with a suggested coven, but you are not forced to take one coven over the other. The Spells Known column of the Witch table shows when you learn more witch spells of your choice. Each of these spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots, as shown on the table. For instance, when you reach 4th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st- or 2nd-level. Getting into game development has been a very rewarding and fulfilling experience for us, so if we can encourage others to express themselves creatively, then that’s a win in my book. The game’s performance issues have been resolved, so it should no longer experience any hanging or stuttering. Whenever you spawn a python object, the object reference and its attributes are being stored in memory until the program ends, or you delete the object, in which case it will be garbage collected (removed from memory) after python detects it is no longer in use. Sounds simple enough. Tilda had a lot of room for growth. She started as this timid, almost ‘broken’ heroine so she had a lot of room to grown into her character which I really liked. While at first I wasn’t a big fan of her, about a quarter of the way through she started winning me over and developed into this strong, independent, powerful woman. I really really liked watching her evolve.

Forced Movement. You cause the target to walk up to its speed in a direction of your choice, if it can fly you can cause it to take off and fly or stop its wings from moving, plummeting it to the ground.

By the way, I hopped into Baldur’s Gate 3 shortly after its release. I’ve been eagerly awaiting that game for who knows how long, and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth the wait. If you’re a fan of both actual cheese and the kind that’s infused into writing, you’ll find yourself right in your element. The writing is incredibly diverse, and every character comes across as vibrant, each with their distinct personality and aspirations. The whole experience feels genuinely immersive. It’s been quite a while since a game has given me this much enjoyment, and chances are, Baldur’s Gate 3 might just clinch the title of my personal game of the year, or who knows, even the game of the decade. That all depends on how I feel about it once I’ve wrapped up my adventure in it. Two new cosplay outfits have been added for Cho and Luna, and a bunch of piercings have been added for Hermione as a bonus. That’s about it for work, but as I mentioned at the start, I’d also like to go on a bit of a nostalgia trip and talk a little bit about the media that has influenced me and my writing. It might not be interesting to everyone, but it may explain Genie’s dumb tangents and stupid humour, as I put a lot of myself into his character. The new event chain consists of a multitude of new events with alternative writing for various stages of your relationship, including hand-drawn artwork, and has fourteen different endings total, marking it as the biggest event to date. Can you find them all?
