Gently pull down your lower eyelid and squeeze 1cm of ointment onto the inner lid. Do not touch the nozzle to the eye. Blink a few times to evenly spread the ointment across the eye. In case of concomitant use of HydraMed Night® and other ophthalmic products, there should be an interval of at least 30 minutes between the application of the two products and HydraMed Night® should be the last product instilled. Delays also often occur at Easter because the depots are shut on Easter Monday & Good Friday and hence post builds up.
