In Religious ceremonies, hundreds of thousands of people a year were sacrificed and to be brave enough to put yourself forward for this was considered an honour. The beauty and ambience of the room immediately relaxed me; it was perfect for chatting with friends after work or enjoying a romantic evening with someone special. As far as the food goes, everything we had tasted amazing! We also tried several types of wine from different regions around France – every single one was absolutely outstanding! Not to mention that each bottle cost very little compared to other well-known vineyards in Ireland or abroad.
