Depending on your budget and interest, you can catch a (rather expensive) boat from the city that takes you out on a grand day trip to see a bunch of the islands. Although this area might have a higher tourist turnout during the warmer months, as long as you’re bundled up, you’ll find that with a light dusting of snow this district looks like a scene from a storybook!
