For larger appliances that measure 60cm wide or larger we recommend our two man delivery service. This service typically applies to larger appliances such as Range Cookers, American Fridge Freezers, and Chest Freezers.If a connection cannot be carried out because you did not inform us of any reason why it may not be successful or due to unforseen circumstances at your property, we reserve the right to make a failed connection charge. Our delivery driver/fitter reserves the right to refuse to install your new appliance if in any way their safety is compromised or the condition of your existing connections, pipework and electrics are not in a suitable and safe condition to connect.

We offer an installation service across all our delivery services, and this option is available across a wide range of freestanding appliances: washing machines, washer dryers, refrigeration, selected tumble dryers, and dishwashers. If you want ot take us up on this offer, you can easilyselect the Connect option when adding your chosen appliance to your basket. Most smaller appliances can be delivered using our one man delivery service. This service covers most appliances up to 60cm in width such as under counter fridges or freezers, tumble dryers, washing machines, and cooker hoods. Two Man Premium Delivery Service
