I left it to run for the first part of the 25-minute preset function and then removed the basket. The pork steaks were cooked perfectly as were the potatoes. This was good to see as I turned the steaks over; I managed to lose some potatoes underneath. It didn’t affect how they cooked at all. Its sleek, dark grey design looks great on my kitchen countertop. It’s light enough to move about if you need to store it in a cupboard when not in use. But honestly, with all the recipes you will make in this air fryer, it will likely stay out on the side daily. The controls on the COSORI Air Fryer are easy to use. It's digital and you can select from a setting and other buttons by simply pressing the touch panel. You can turn on the air fryer using the central power button. Then, it's just a case of selecting your preferred setting and adjusting the temperature and time if needed. After the demise of my beloved halogen oven, the Cosori Air Fryer looked like a worthy replacement. But would it live up to the hype?
