Description

Available in 3 and 5 litre tubs – Coverage rate of 5m 2 per litre – Brush or roller applied Drygrip Adhesive: The Dryzone Express Replastering System is the fast, clean and modern way to replaster a wall after the treatment of rising damp. The system utilises a salt inhibitor cream and a salt & damp resistant adhesive to adhere plasterboard to salt contaminated walls. The Dryzone High Viscosity Applicator Gun with Dryzone Nozzle is a versatile tool compatible with both Dryzone DPC Cream and Drygrip Adhesive, providing flexibility and convenience in application. Key Features

Drygrip Adhesive will skin over within approximately 15 - 30 minutes. The cure rate will be approximately 2 mm in depth per 24 hours, this may be slower on non-porous surfaces. Excellent Bonding: Drygrip Adhesive is specifically formulated to adhere plasterboard directly to masonry surfaces. When used in conjunction with Dryshield Cream, it delivers exceptional bonding strength. Dryzone Damp-Proofing Cream solves many of the problems that were inherent in pressure-injection rising damp treatments. It requires no expensive specialist equipment to buy or maintain, the material itself is not hazardous or caustic and it does not require constant attention once the application has begun. The coverage rate will vary depending upon the roughness and absorbency of the surface, use as a guide only. Appearance The Dryzone System Hole Clearing tool is a high-quality metal tool for clearing dust and debris fromAvailable in 600ml foil sausages, for use with the Dryzone High Viscosity Applicator Gun – Coverage rate of 1 to 2 sausages per 2.8m 2 plasterboard Dryzone Plasterboard Positioning Plugs: The Dryzone System High Viscosity Applicator Gun is specifically meant for use with Drygrip Adhesive.

At the beginning of 2014, Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rodswere launched as the next step in rising damp treatments. They are patented fibre rods that are simply inserted into the wall along a horizontal mortar course. Once inserted, the rods will diffuse high-performance water-repellent ingredients into the wall, curing to form a barrier to damp. Traditional advice says that every wall that has been subject to rising damp should be replastered. This is not always the case, however. Some walls that have been subject to rising damp do not suffer from salt contamination and eliminating the source of the moisture can sometimes be enough to see the wall drying out, with no ill effects. Designed for ease of application and the reduction of wastage, the rods are even more effective than the high-performance Dryzone and has been proven to out-perform competing products. The exact amount of active ingredient is contained within each rod ensuring full treatment, no mess and no waste every single time. Traditional Replastering We also have full video guideand step-by-step application instructionsfor a more full explanation of how to use the system. Why Choose the Dryzone Express Replastering System? Drygrip Adhesive is a salt and damp resistant adhesive glue Fixes plasterboard to walls without the need for battens or screws. Easily applied with the Dryzone High Viscosity Applicator gun cures to allow plasterboard to accept new plaster after only 1-2 hours.pre-drilled holes in the mortar course. The gun is re-usable and easily cleanable. Dryzone High Viscosity Adhesive Applicator Gun Calculations show that the overall risk of condensation is reduced when using the Dryzone Express Replastering System compared with traditional sand:cement replastering systems. However, when using this type of product, due consideration must be given to the overall design to minimise risk of condensation and the recommendations contained in BS 5250:2011 should be followed. Where higher levels of relative humidity are anticipated other environmental controls should be considered, such as:

Replace the end cap and nozzle, trimming the end of the nozzle to give a minimum 10 mm diameter hole. In some cases the hole in the nozzle can be made larger to discharge more product during application. Once fixed, the boards can be tape-jointed and skimmed as in ordinary dry lining situations. Dryzone Mould Resistant Emulsion Paint purpose of drilling holes in mortar courses. Due to its width and length, the drill bit is ideal to use as A rising damp and replastering treatment can now be completed in under 24 hours, using the Dryzone Replastering System. All the components of the system have been designed and formulated to create a long lasting and cost effective decorative surface. Components & Coverage Dryshield Cream: The Dryzone System 12mm SDS Masonry Drill Bit is a high-quality drill bit, specially selected for theMost modern properties are built with a damp-proof course, usually in the form of an impermeable plastic membrane, which is placed along a mortar line near the ground. Some properties, however, were built with no damp-proof course, or the original has failed, meaning that rising damp can occur and it is necessary to make remedial repairs. Dryzone to the Rescue the guillotine blade is safely stored within the body, which ensures the cutter is safe to transport. Dryzone System Hole Clearing Tool part of the installation process for Dryzone DPC Cream or Dryrod DPC Rods. Dryzone Cream Injection Gun The concept that our laboratory team developed was, in effect, a variation on dot and dab plasterboard application. The idea being that, if plasterboard could be adhered to a wall in such a way that no salts could transfer to it from the wall, the plaster coat could be applied almost immediately.
