I've also come across some cheapo orange hookup cables for sale which are slightly slimmer, not noticeable until compared but it turned out to be 1. 25mm and about 7mm diameter. Another clue is 1. 5 is the common flex used in the home for kettles heaters etc and the largest size that comfortably fits a 3 pin plug, 2. 5 fits but you have to fight it in.It certainly won't be greater than 2. 5mm but at a glance it depends on the outside diameter of the cable, my 2. 5mm is 10mm in diameter, 1. 5mm will be 8mm, Arctic might be fractionally larger.
