Although we provide the general process below, you should still refer to the specific instructions given in your repair kit. It’s also advisable to remove the wheel from your car and lay it flat if possible.
Before refurbishing an alloy wheel examine the damage carefully. You can't do anything about dents in the rim edge – pulling the dent out is forbidden because it changes the inner material structure of the rim. The same applies to scratches of 1mm or more in depth. The aerosol contains an isocyanate activator providing the ultimate 2K performance from an aerosol, giving you the highest quality and performance possible. A high-quality 2K solvent blend developed for the thinning of polyester basecoats, pearlescent and candy base paints, 2K paints and lacquers.
Repair kits allow you to fill in minor damage, creating an even surface, and then provide paint to repaint the damaged area.
