I was able to soak it all up with my towel but soon realised that I'd pitched too close to the lake and was worried about the water level rising in the night. So, I unpegged the tent and dragged it further up away from the lake and then had a real battle to get it erected again in the gale force winds. This time seriously tested my patience.
