Christmas in the Little Irish Village: A page-turning Christmas in the Little Irish Village: A page-turning

Vernal's brand new book Christmas in the Little Irish Village is a humorously charming and sweet romance. It is a pleasure to read Vernal's wholesome story which is devoid of sexual and violent content. It would make a beautiful Hallmark movie. In Emerald Bay, we meet many quirky residents that are guaranteed to make you smile and laugh at their antics and expressions. Once arriving, Shannon has an embarrassing moment. Being that my ancestors came over on a boat from Galway I knew this one was the perfect read for me. Thank you so much to the author, the publisher and NetGalley for the advance copy of this book, all thoughts are my own. Welcome to the little Irish village of Emerald Bay where the sun is shining, the locals are gossiping, and romance is in the air. But will returning home be the fresh start Imogen Kelly needs? Christmas in the Little Irish Village: A Christmas romance to

Christmas in the Little Irish Village is the first book in a series by Michelle Vernal featuring the Kelly family of Emerald Bay. I am excited to read the sequel and find out more about the enchanted Irish village. Definitely a book you need to read if you are in the mood for Christmas romance, family dynamics, humor and mystery. I did use the spoiler tag, but for some reason it still shows at the moment, so I put it yet a bit farther down I’ve fallen head over heels for the little village and its community… Beautiful… My idea of perfect!! An absolute joy to read… A heart-warming story of second chances, family, and friends… I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return to the little Irish village.’ @Staceywh_17, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shannon the MC is an absolutely likeable and loveable woman and James the new man to the village is magnetic and dreamy.

Christmas season, a quaint Irish village, a clean, second chance at romance trope, family reunions and an assortment of lovely characters made Christmas in the Little Irish Village a wonderful audiobook to listen to. It was wholesome, funny and a lovely book and I liked that the story's emphasis was more on reuniting and reconnecting with family and familial roots with a bit of romance added to complete the holiday season spirit of finding new love and new beginnings. Each chapter began with an Irish Christmas prayer/saying which were a lovely addition to the book. But when Shannon discovers James is in Ireland because he’s claiming to be the long-lost grandson of her elderly neighbour, Maeve Doolin, she is immediately suspicious. Shannon has known kind Maeve since she was a little girl and feels protective of her, so she’s determined to find out the truth. Even if it means spending more time with James… This book is such a Christmas treat, which will fill you up with love, happiness, cheer, delight and joy, as it warms your heart on a cold winter's day. If you love Christmas books set in Ireland, with a wonderful audiobook narrator who portrays a fantastic Irish accent, then this is the book for you! Lovely festive read and the characters are loveable, the little village setting is perfect. Full of family festive cheer, a perfect Christmas read .’ Goodreads reviewer, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
