Wound healing is a complex process and can be life threatening for those who are slow to heal such as those with diabetes. As such, research into the efficacy of different treatments is often undertaken. While research into wound healing has important applications it also has applications in the skincare world where these newly researched products may help to improve or support healing of open blemishes and other small wounds on the skin. Again it is important to remember that the concentration and type of bee venom used will often have a determining effect on the benefit and this research doesn’t yet indicate a new use. When given as a shot: Bee venom is LIKELY SAFE for most people when injected under the skin by a trained medical professional. Some people might get redness and swelling where the injection is given. Side effects include itching, anxiety, trouble breathing, chest tightness, heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleepiness, confusion, fainting, and low blood pressure. Side effects are more common in people with the worst allergies to bee stings, in people treated with honeybee venom, and in women. Serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis can occur. Importantly, while research shows that some compounds in the venom may have beneficial properties, the isolated effects of each component are unknown, as many components have not been well studied ( 5). How is it used? Stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint (frozen shoulder). Early research suggests that receiving dilute bee venom injections might improve pain and disability in people with frozen shoulder. But it doesn't seem to improve range of motion. Also, very dilute bee venom injects don't seem to be beneficial.

Bee venom is cytotoxic at high doses, however, non-cytotoxic concentrations of BV range from 1 to 3 μg/ml, show significant therapeutic potential ( 60). View abstract. It is very decent peptide cream, very nourishing and smoothing, but to be honest I didn't see any difference between other peptide creams and Rodial Bee Venom. I have doubt if that bee venom peptide technology is actually a thing, seems like only marketing to me. But still it is very decent, efficient and pleasant to use peptide cream, so it was worth to give it a go.Bee venom has been shown to have beneficial effects on immune cells that mediate allergic and inflammatory responses.

Summary I have been looking for a new eye cream for a while now and had high hopes for this Bee Venom. I have used Rodial products before and have found them very effective.i got this as a free sample which is just as well as the price point is high. I liked the texture but with such a small sample I wasn’t able to use it for long enough to be able to tell if it made a difference. Contains Snail Secretion Filtrate which is famous for its skin recovering effects, Bee Venom, Hyaluronic Acid and botanical oils.
