We are so sorry for the experience. We recommend to start by wearing it for 4 hours/day, and then slowly decreasing the time you wear it by 1 hour per week, up until you reach the point where you don't feel pain even without the belt. I have tried many sciatica belts but the gamechanger was the DAINLEY, eradicated my chronic sciatica and allowed me to walk painlessly, it’s also improved my mental well-being somewhat with pain levels disappearing it’s made my life more positive to live

At the same time, the double compression zone technology helps decompress the discs, and relieve the pressure from the sciatic nerve, thus relieving sciatica pain. In my particular case, a very strong pain appeared after a ~2 hours use. I gave it a second chance but got the same result so I've stopped using it and will never use it again.
