I bought the book after watching 'lose 1 stone in 21 days' Dr Michael Mosley. This is full of recipes from the program and written by his wife. (Not to be confused by the book written by him which has very few recipes). It shows inspiring pictures of the food and the recipes are simple and easy to create, also they are really tasty.
