About this deal

You’ll need a good quality USB cable to connect your PC to the flash. If you can’t connect to the flash, try a few other cables, the USB cable is the culprit most of the time.

As a master unit, TT350F can control the following slave unit models: AD600, AD600M, AD360II-C, AD360II-N, AD200. To get really shallow depth of field with flash (especially outside), you need to use High-Speed Sync to overcome the limitation of the camera sync speed. To engage it, tap the Sync button once. Now press the SLAVE button to choose either A/B/C or M groups and press mode to select TTL or manual mode (or turn this group OFF). Tip: set it to TTL to start with, it’s the easiest way to use the system. The X-E2 can't do HSS. The camera body and flash both need to be able to do HSS to get HSS. Fuji only added the feature in 2016. Basically, your camera has to be able to do HSS with an EF-X500 to be able to do it with a TT350-F. This is a Fuji issue, not a Godox one. Godox TT685F (TTL, HSS and wireless remote): This well-designed flash unit is on par with the best from the likes of Canon and Nikon. It takes 4 AA batteries and is a direct competitor to the Fujifilm EF-500. The TT685F is compatible with the complete Godox 2.4GHz system that includes the fabulous AD-200 and AD-600 units, among others. I did encounter some issues with the Godox TT350F while using it during a corporate event. There were a few times when the flash wouldn’t trigger for two or three shots. Plenty of time had passed during each shot for the flash to recycle so I’m not entirely sure what was going on to be honest. Granted this has only been when using it remotely, but it’s still unacceptable. In terms of battery life I have managed to squeeze about 250 images out of a set of good quality AA batteries. In poorly-lit or low-contrast shooting environments, the built-in auto focus assist beam will automatically light on to make it easier for autofocus. The beam will light up only when autofocus is difficult and get out as soon as the autofocus becomes correct. If you want to turn off the auto focus assist beam, set the "AF" to "OFF" on the C.Fn settings.

When using Godox 2.4G wireless X system, TT350 series are perfectly compatible with other products of our company. As a master unit, TT350 series can control the following slave unit models: AD600, AD600M, AD360II, AD200, etc. As a slave unit, TT350 series can be controlled the following master unit models: X1, V860II, V850II TT685, TT600, etc. Do not fire the flash directly into the eyes (especially those of babies) within short distances. Otherwise visual impairment may occur. Using a flash (master/slave) with a radio transmission wireless shooting function make it easy to shoot with advanced wireless multiple flash lighting, in the same way as TTL autoflash shooting. Combined with Godox’s capability in strobes with the AD600 and AD200, this makes it a very capable combination. In M manual flash mode, press the < SLAVE> button so that this flash can function as an optic S1 secondary flash with optic sensor. With this function, the flash will fire synchronously when the main flash fires, the same effect as that by the use of radio triggers. This helps create multiple lighting effects. Optical S2 Secondary Unit Setting Metz M400 (TTL and HSS): This dinky little unit is from one of the most established independent flash makers. It has rear curtain sync capability, as well as HSS etc. It has a simple interface and uses 4 AA size batteries. One thing they’ve done well to push the brand forward is their system integration. Any of their X-series triggers will fire any light in the system. Not only that, their TTL speedlights can also act as masters for other lights in the system, from the mighty AD600Pro right through to the humble TT350.
