It is a really good responsive shoe because the traction was really good, cushion super responsive, low to the ground, support is great, The incredible energy return of adidas Boost is created by fusing together energy capsules, giving you the power to keep your feet moving. Ok so this is a general review of the Harden vol 6 after three months of heavy use in both indoors and outdoor dusty courts. I’m a 5’7 147 lb (67 kg) PG/SG. I shoot a ton of midranges, so a lot of hard stops and pull ups. I also drive to the rim occasionally. Weight 7.5/10*: at first glance this may seem like the weakest attribute of the shoe. Harden shoes have been known to be medium to heavy. However, the weight on the scale doesn’t translate to how it feels on feet. These feel lighter and more comfortable than other shoes with the same weight. Not Kyrie-like light but they are great considering they have full length boost. Bear in mind I weigh 67 kg (147 lbs) so I doubt you’ll have any issues. The Adidas Harden Vol. 6 uses full-length boost midsole cushioning.
