No! That’s the whole point why I wanted to try Lash Paradise because I was having so many issues with smudging. I have pretty long lashes so they sometimes hit my eyelid and under my eye when I blink, but I never experienced any smudging with the L’Oreal Lash Paradise. Lash Paradise is definitely the best in my opinion. Coming in a close second would be the L’Oreal Voluminous Original mascara, an OG of mine ever since I was a teenager. Let’s Wrap It Up When using Lash Paradise, I first use the primer. I’ll talk about the primer next, but for now, let’s talk strictly about the mascara. I know not everyone uses a primer on their lashes, but after reading a bunch of recommendations to use the Lash Paradise primer with the mascara I figured it wouldn’t hurt.It's really easy to apply. The brush is great for applying the mascara to my bottom lashes and I've never ended up with it on my skin instead. On my top lashes, it goes on really smoothly - it's a great consistency, and makes my lashes look long and with lots of volume. It doesn't clog and leaves my lashes all separated with little effort.

I persevered over the course of 4 days as I really wanted to like it and presumed that maybe I was doing something wrong, but still continued to experience the same undesirable results. It’s pretty easy. You apply the Lash Paradise primer before you apply the regular mascara. Then, you let it sit for 15-30 seconds so it “dries” a little bit. Layer multiple coats for extra-volumised paradise lashes that won’t budge. Tips and AdviceThe other thing I noticed is that this mascara is a little wet. It takes a minute to dry down so if you’re looking to apply more than one coat, then wait at least 15-30 seconds before applying again. My Lashes With L’Oreal Lash Paradise I have straight and short lashes and it’s quite difficult for me to find a mascara that is suitable for my lashes. If you are someone who has issues with smudging no matter what mascara you’re using, I suggest taking a translucent powder on a small fluffy brush and lightly brushing it over your eyelashes. It transferred a little from my lower lashes onto my lower eyelids but not greatly and at the end of the day so it lasted a good time. I’ve tested Lash Paradise both with and without the primer. The only thing about the primer I’m not super crazy about is the color.
