Description

Tiene una capacidad de giro excelente y una rodadura suave gracias a las ruedas de EVA ultraligeras y antipinchazos, y a la suspensión en las cuatro ruedas. Both are flagship strollers with equally premium prices. But there is still a price difference between them.

It’s unbelievable! There is an extendable UPF 50+ medium-size canopy, with a large zipped-in paneland a pop-out sunvisor for more sunprotection. The extra panel has two mesh windows on the sidefor better air circulation. The Quest is fine for a toddler (we used it from 3 months and it was fine at that age too). It reclines well, has a leg rest that you can extend and is well-made. The only thing the Techno has better than the Quest is the extending hood, which is handy to shelter your child from wind or sun. Parents who want to give the best for their children can get either of the two baby strollers. However, one stands out over the other. In this case, the Maclaren Techno XT is our winner overall. It has increased safety and comfort. Do not count the Quest out, however, because it brings a lot of value for its price. The Maclaren Quest is quite pricey compared to most lightweight strollers – almost double the price. It’s only suitable for parents who are ready to pay more than average for quality and a cool brand. The only think i could fault would be the strap foot rest has snapped on mine which is a pain. I ended up having to pull it off completely as it was dragging on the floor. Apart from that i couldn't fault it. Read moreThen coming from the premise that it’s competition that has been eroding the position of Maclaren strollers, we must ask what it is about the design. The umbrella structure that is the heart of the company itself that seems to have trouble living up to the competitors. Either inherent flaws to the design? And if so, what are they? Well, having repaired several Maclaren’s over the years? I can say definitely that yes, there are flaws to the design. While there is no travel system option, you can use it with a carrycot from birth. Sold separately. Cons The Techno XT can cost you more money. If you want the best for your infant, the Maclaren Techno XT is an easy decision. It brings more safety features and comfort for your child. The Winner Is- Maclaren Quest

It has two positions: up and down. A great feature for smaller babies. I like it when kids have plenty of stretch room and take a comfortable nap. Have had both Silvcercross & Maclaren buggies.Had a McLaren Quest when my daughter was a baby to replace the Silvercross pop for holidays,as that wasn't as light & I hated it to push. No cup holder. For that price, I would like to see a cup holder included, butyou can buy one separately. Video Review To prevent your baby from sliding out of the seat, Maclaren included a head barrier at the top of the seat that you can pop up and a foot barrier which is a hidden mesh for the leg rest that you can attach to the frame. These simple features will keep your baby safely in the seat. The harness is very stiff to undo, so if you have any sort of mobility problem in your hands or thumbs, you might want to consider a different stroller. On the flip side it is impossible for a child to undo the clasp so if you’ve got a runner on your hands, this is the one for you! Maclaren buggies are built to last. Our Quest is looking brilliant and ready for the new baby even though we used it for a long time with our toddler! It has survived 3 holidays to Europe too. All the fabric has come off and washed so well in the machine! The other main Con for the Maclaren Quest is the stroller warranty and how difficult it could be to claim it. Although it says you have a lifetime warranty, Maclaren does not easily offer you a replacement when you request for it. Unless your stroller has a major technical default or flaw, it isn’t quite easy to get a replacement. A lot of parents reported being unable to replace their strollers as Maclaren attributed most issues to wear and tear. It does have adjustable handle heights, but on the lowest setting it's still higher than the Quest making it longer when folded.
