Avoid this company. Run by "Superior" Spas, let me tell you there's nothing superior about this company, their engineers don't care one bit about your item. Couldn’t work out how to empty the hot tub (didn’t pull the nozzle out 🙄). Within 5 minutes of messaging via Facebook we had a video of a empty hot tub being emptied sent and details of how from Cameron. All sorted within a matter of minutes and the tubs now emptying. Fantastic service Great service, Matthew from Wellness was very helpful and made the whole process easy. Tub came on time and the two lads who fitted it were brilliant. Can’t fault the service. There was a slight broken slat on the outside of tub but a replacement arrived soon after.
