I would rather perish than date a man like him—though I do have to admit it was good for the ego. Turning him down was the highlight of my year. I really felt for Kate and Elliot in this. The majority of their epilogue was them dealing with fertility issues and it was so heartbreaking seeing them go through it. (Not a spoiler as there is a warning before the epilogue) I do wish it were a bit more fluffy, but I did like how real and raw it felt and that it brought awareness to the topic! I did love how it all came together in the end though🥹 The bombshell Spanish teacher in tight fitting clothes as a way of getting Eduardo to “focus on his studies”. We danced and laughed our way around Boston and had a night of crazy passion that no woman would ever forget. Or maybe it's because all they do is buy furniture and farm animals (when they're not comparing women to them. Classy as always).

It felt like a summer breeze on an otherwise hot and dry day. Just… refreshing. I felt the author rushed through the book, slapped first drafts together, and said, "Here ya go." Not only were there grammatical issues, but she recycled phrases way too much. This epilogue just gave another example for why Tristan Miles is the best Miles brother. He is so sweet, and his relationship with his (Claire’s) sons is so cute and so funny! I had such a blast reading their story. I love them so much.

I read each epilogue with the biggest smile plastered on my face and a full heart. The love I have for the Miles men, their women and children is unmatched by any other book family!This one was emotionally triggering and hard to get through but I’m glad Elliot and Kate everything they deserve ♥️ I started a new job and met the CEO. You can imagine my surprise to see those naughty blue eyes dance with delight when he saw me across the mahogany desk.
