Anyone can increase the bid by as little as M1 (even the Banker and the player who originally landed on the space). Sell Hideouts to the Bank for half the cost price and exchange them immediately for 4 Forts. Sell Forts to the Bank for half the cost price. Forts must be sold evenly across the color set. Build evenly. You cannot build a second Fort on a Location until you've built one on each Location in the set. You can only have 4 Forts on a Location. Building Hideouts Take the top card from the matching pile and immediately do what it says. Return it to the bottom of the pile when done.You can build Forts on Locations you have searched, but you can't build them until you complete a color set!

If you land on a Location, Vehicle, or Utility and don't want to search it or buy it, the Banker must auction it. Play as an 80's nostalgia piece or something ripped from the Upside Down as you move across Hawkins establishing forts and hideouts all the while on the hunt for Will Byers! Move around the board buying, building and trading iconic locations from the TV show such as Mike's basement, The Junkyard, Steve's Pool (poor Barb), and the Hawkins High School. Pay the Hideout cost price on the Title Deed card, return all 4 Forts to the Bank and put a Hideout on the Location.
