You could spray with a little oil if you wish or with a thin layer of mayonnaise. It’s always best to eat this recipe within 4 hours of serving it. You can prepare your jellies a day or two in advance and refrigerate them, until you’re ready to enjoy them. Cut your jelly into pieces that will come through your boba straw (you can also eat them with a spoon).
