Sourz is a brand of liqueur owned by Beam Suntory. It is available in a variety of fruit flavours, including apple, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. Sourz is typically served as a shot or mixed with soda water.

On the palate, there are balanced sweet and tart flavors of rich dark cherry with mild berry flavor, with a long finish. This shot is a fruity, sparkling liquor that is delightful. The Sours Red Berry is best served straight up or over crushed ice. Sourz is available in a wide range of flavours: Sourz Apple, Sourz Rainbow Ice, Sourz Passion Fruit, Sourz Raspberry, Sourz Tropical and Sourz Strawberry. Sourz underwent a major re-design in 2008, and the slogan "Made For Mixing" was adopted. In October 2012 a limited edition flavour, mango, was added to the range following a poll on Facebook.
