Never needed protection accessories for any gaming device and I’ve dropped them all from game boys to psp to the Switch. The plastic housing and screens are all pretty good out of the box Will Super Mario Party be available for Switch Lite? Because on many levels that wouldn't make sense at all. Switch fans should be happy because with Switch Lite both consoles will get renewed software support but what I see is people disappointed with the release of an additional optional hardware that will attract software development? Did any of this happened with GBA SP, GBA Micro and DS Lite? Or was internet much quieter then? Unfortunately, most if not all of the Labo Nintendo has released isn’t going to work with the Nintendo Switch Lite. This is especially true of any pieces of Labo designed to hold the screen by itself like the Labo VR Kit or Labo Piano, due to the system’s slightly different proportions and its inability to detach the controllers.
Heavyarms55 I am waiting for my holiday bonus to get the 1tb and restart loading my games again. I did upgrade my Switch to newer Switch X2 GPU but til I update the sd I won't load all the games yet. Wow the 512GB card is down to 91 dollars? That's real nice! That makes me think the 1TB card will be down to around 120 by this time next year! I've got the 400GB card now and I am not upgrading until the 1TB card is around 100-120 dollars.

You'd think a system with modular controllers would have a set of larger button controllers out by now. The joycons would need to be wider to accommodate the larger buttons but it's a sacrifice I'd be willing to make for more comfortable buttons. Some cases and battery cases for instance are just going to be too large. While the Switch Lite will fit, it’ll probably jumble around with all the extra space inside. The same thing goes for screen protectors unless you’re ready to cut them down with a box cutter or some kind of knife, they’re going to be too big for the Switch Lite’s smaller display.While you may be able to use other Labo kits like the Vehicle Kit, it wouldn’t quite be the same because you can’t connect the Switch Lite to a TV. Besides, Switch Lite shares Switch games library but the original Switch has overpriced Wii U ports which is far more insulting than offering a pure not clunky handheld version of their halfway concept.
BlueOcean What I think it comes down to, is that we are all waiting for a Switch Pro. Or some kind of upgraded switch. Instead Nintendo opted to release a lesser version of the switch. Which that's when the hardcore crowd is going to be vocal on it. The switch lite isn't marketed to die hard nintendo fans, but those are the people that are going to be talking the most. Am I going to get the switch lite, absolutely not. However, it's not marketed to me. A switch pro though would be. Without HD rumble and an optional TV mode cable this has no Nintendo individuality to it – it's literally the most 'standard' portable gaming device on the market - it has nothing about it that is unique to it – not even the games since they come from the existing Switch. They could at least have bothered to give it bluetooth audio as a 2+ year revision. This is such a shame – it really is a switch in name only.
