The River Chess has clean, mineral-rich spring water, and we spotted a lot of the superfood growing along the route. Lakes in Wales are known as ‘llyn’. They are mostly natural lakes too… just a few have had minor changes.Like the biggest mountains, you’ll find many of the biggest Welsh lakes in Snowdonia National Park.Dine at Bohemia, one of the best restaurants in the world, for a gastronomic experience like no other. Walk along this for about 200 metres until you get to the end of the fences. Then, cross over the stream into the field. All of this is signposted. The Essex coastline is over 350 miles long. That’s the equivalent of driving from London to the Alps to give you an idea of distance. Also, the Essex coastline is the second longest of any English country – only Cornwall has a longer coastline than here.
