So if you are sad, stressed, or it’s time to go to your happy place and smile. There are many who are still struggling to be happy and have not yet found their happy place. I’m in a happy place. I’m very at peace with who I am and what I’m doing and the people around me, so I think I’m probably most ambitious at where I am.” ― Norman Reedus My home is a happy place to be. I bless everyone who enters, myself included. Pleasant experiences fill every room.” ― Louise Hay

If there's something we Sydneysiders could do with a decent dose of right now, it'd be pure, unadulterated joy. Overall, this is an inspirational novel about self-growth, friendship, growing up, changing, grief, and mental illness. I returned to read some chapters over and over again. Harriet and Wyn might be my favorite couple that EH has created. I love your description of your environment! I spent much of my life near the ocean and wondered if I would miss it when I moved to Colorado. While being at the shore always moves me, there’s an amazing amount of beauty in the mountains. overall, this book was phenomenal and i absolutely adored it, EH writing is just *chefs kiss* if you’re looking for a romance galore book i’m sorry to say this book isn’t for you, this book explores more about a friend group and their dynamics, growing up and letting go. i will keep saying, HER BOOKS ARE 100% MORE WOMEN’S FICTION, THE ROMANCE IS JUST A PLUS!!Our furry friends can work miracles for us. I’ve done a lot of therapeutic work with horses (helping people) and I always felt like it was just as much calming and centering therapy for me as it was for the participants. That sounds like my kind of happy place Galen! When my husband and I were house hunting many years ago, we, too, wanted a house next to a creek. Unfortunately, so do many others as year-round creeks can double and triple property values here. I am sitting in front of the fireplace as I write this, though. I may be able to help you sleep by calming your mind but there’s not much I can do about the little one. 🙂 Finding this blog post by you was so incredibly timely for me. Maybe the cosmos are aligning planets for me and a higher power is whispering in my ear.

I wanted to play it cool and only say "ouh me gad, everyone lied to me this is not a contemporary romance but a freaking elegy poem" but im not cool and i need to pour my heart out so rtc At one time, I might have been more certain about my happy places….gardening, playing cello/piano, being with family and close friends, writing, rowing, reading etc. I laugh, for hope hath a happy place with me; If my boat sinks, ’tis to another sea.” ― William Ellery Channing I agree that meditation, deep breathing and EFT are incredibly helpful in slowing down our minds and putting some objectivity into emotional situations. No one is perfect and we all lose sight of the simple tools that we carry around with us. That’s why they’re called “practices.” We keep practicing and refining but there is no perfect standard to achieve. Just do your best each day knowing that’s the best you can do.This book could have been better if we had Wyn's POV. He obviously was struggling with depression, the loss of his father and his mother being diagnosed with Parkinson. We could have understood him more like this. But otherwise, he seemed indifferent about his relationship. The law of attraction suggests that our positive or negative thoughts bring about positive or negative experiences. My latest book, The Mindful Guide to Law of Attraction, pairs that belief with the powerful practices of mindfulness. Through intentional breathing, writing, and engaging, you’ll hone a method for manifesting health, wealth, and love―the elements of happiness.

First of all, I've never ever been in love in my almost 25 years of miserable existence, nor someone has been in love with me, so I don't actually know how it really feels, (that's a deep and traumatic conversation for another day), but to me it's kind of unreal that people can last years and not get bored. Please, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's not a real thing , but I can't even start to imagine someone loving me for so long without getting bored of me. (Plot twist: deep down, I'm a hopeless romantic who yearns to love and be loved for a really long time and to be in a healthy relationship, but that's not gonna happen, so).wyn’s constant need to feel loved or feel like he matters, and harriet’s constant fear that she will make people around her unhappy—i feel like it will eventually crash and burn again. wyn’s dad dying was a sort of superficial wound because it was an external circumstance/dent in their relationship. harriet quitting her job (although she was unhappy) also feels like a bit of an over-correction and a bandaid to the true problem. These quotes will surely help you to discover your happy place where you can go and feel happy. Happy Place Quotes And Sayings

A happy place is a place in our minds where we can get away from all the problems and relax or meditate to release stress when life gets too overwhelming.” ― Sayed AhmedLet the law of attraction work for you by adopting its basic steps of identifying and visualizing the things you desire. Then use 45 practical meditation techniques included in the book to achieve awareness. By concentrating your positive energy on obtaining your wants, you’ll give yourself permission to receive them. So many of his details are slightly different, but my heart still sees him and whispers into my veins, You."
