The large aperture Celestron 6 Inch premium SCT optic has more than a 35% increase in light grasp than a 5" telescope, the stable DX mount and Starsense Explorer App provides easy access to stunning views of Astronomical targets just by adding your Smartphone. Celestron has reinvented the manual telescope with StarSense Explorer, the first telescope that uses your smartphone to analyze the night sky and calculate its position in real time. StarSense Explorer is ideal for beginners thanks to the app’s user-friendly interface and detailed tutorials. It’s like having your own personal tour guide of the night sky. This technology makes it easy to find objects accurately and fast to be enjoyed when viewed through the stunning premium 6 inch aperture Schmidt Cassegrain XLT coated optic.

Bresser Messier Dobson 6-Inch 150/750 mm Telescope - White

I saw the spiral arms of the Whirlpool Galaxy once in a rural sky, where many DSOs are naked eye visible has well has some good details from the milky way, with 8" aperture. The Skymax 150's optics are impressive, delivering distortion-free views. It's a versatile telescope, perfect for capturing images of everything from planets to distant galaxies and nebulas. This aligns with its design to provide exceptional images. Additionally, it's user-friendly and easy to accessorize, making it a great choice for astronomers of all levels. The Inspire 100AZ comes with a variety of accessories, including two eyepieces, a red LED flashlight (for preserving night vision), an accessory tray, a StarPointer Pro finderscope to make it easier to find your subject and a smartphone adapter for basic smartphone astrophotography. I've just received my telescope and I must say seeing it put together actually makes me quite emotional to have something like this in my life it looks amazing thank you so much guys for making my dreams come true I love it thank you. An ultra-stable altazimuth mount provides a sturdy foundation for StarSense Explorer DX. Slip clutches and geared slow motion controls in both axes help you move the telescope smoothly and zero in your target. As celestial objects appear to drift across the night sky, you’ll be able to follow them with just a few turns of the knobs. It’s all anchored by an adjustable, full-height tripod. You may have a great aperture, but if you’re located in a light-polluted area, your telescope’s potential will be greatly wasted. I'm not being funny but if I could get under anything like the skies your describing I would get the largest scope I could afford / store / move. I've had 6" scopes under dark UK skies and yes they perform well but nothing like the marvels a 12" will show. World's smallest particle accelerator is 54 million times smaller than the Large Hadron Collider — and it works I guess it's possible to reach the limits of any instruments at a place where there is no artificial light pollution, a day with no moon, perfect transparency, good seeing with low atmospheric turbulence, a place like the mountains of Chile...

You want to do astrophotography:We thought this scope was as close to perfection as you can get for budding astrophotographers, particularly for a smart telescope. There are 2 Sirius Plossl eyepieces included in the kit. The 25mm eyepiece provides a larger, less magnified window of the night sky. The10mm eyepiece gives fabulous detailed views on specific celestial objects that caught our attention. Your primary focus is astrophotography:We recommend this telescope as the best for astrophotography, and some models come with a high-quality equatorial mount. Whether you're keen on stargazing and astrophotography using just your smartphone, planning to explore dark sky areas with a compact telescope or aiming to dive deep into astronomy with a large Dobsonian telescope, we have you covered. Reflectors should be the first telescopes that you get acquainted with. For visual observing the night skies, these should be your only option. Their low price, their large aperture, long focal length and a wider field of view are perfect for amateur astronomers.

The Unistellar eQuinox 2, the newest addition to Unistellar's lineup, stands as their most advanced smart telescope to date. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the eQuinox model, this telescope features a number of improvements. In our Unistellar eQuinox 2 review we tested its ease of use, durability and compatibility with smart devices, and found the smart telescope to be eminently usable, not least because of its Smart Light Pollution Reduction feature, which aids its use in urban environments. Eyepieces work by magnifying the light focused by the telescope's primary mirror or objective lens. Every telescope eyepiece has a specific focal length (given in millimeters), and the shorter this figure is, the higher the magnification. To calculate the magnification provided by any particular eyepiece on any telescope, divide the telescope's focal length by the focal length of the eyepiece used. For example, a 1000 mm focal length telescope (say, a 100 mm refractor of f/10, or a 200 mm Newtonian of f/5) will deliver a magnification of 100 with a 10 mm eyepiece (1000 divided by 10 = 100). I agree 15.5 magnitude is unlikely, even with 8" and depending of the pollution. If you are new at this, you have 100 bright Messier objects to look at and a large amount of NGCs, some are fairly bright and interesting too. You don't have a big budget:If you want a telescope with GoTo but don't have the budget to spend on a really sophisticated instrument, this scope is a great option. The Orion Skyline 6-inch telescope is a fantastic choice for beginner and intermediate astronomers due to its easy-to-use nature and high-quality optics. All air-to-glass surfaces are coated with our StarBright XLT optical coatings to visibly increase contrast and light transmission for brighter deep space views. With StarBright XLT, you’ll be able to discern subtle details while viewing the Moon and planets as well as faint galaxies and nebulae. For more information about our patented StarBright XLT coatings, visit here. Additionally, it uses a planetarium to generate a 'tonight's best' list of different celestial targets and an algorithm to determine the optimum camera settings for viewing each target. If you're serious about stargazing and have the budget for an eye-wateringly expensive telescope, then look no further. If you want an all-in-one, hassle-free system but aren't bothered about it being a 'traditional' telescope, you'll love this. It has an incredibly simple setup and a stunning design, although it does price out many astronomers. The refractor comes with a 25mm eyepiece, 1.25-inch star diagonal, heavy-duty stainless steel tripod, accessory tray, spirit level, Starry Night Special Edition software and a 6x30 finderscope.
