Congratulate us – we finally took a turn on the London Eye this February. Embarrassingly, since we’re locals, we were the only people we knew who hadn’t actually got round to it. Installed in 1999 as a temporary observation wheel to celebrate the Millennium, the Eye has become a London landmark itself and is still here nearly 20 years later. What can you see from the London Eye? Be positive, it is time for you to replace the old foundations of the past with something that is more genuine and will serve you better in what is to come. [11] As one of the largest keeps in the Christian world, [12] the White Tower has been described as "the most complete eleventh-century palace in Europe". Let’s not dwell on the fact that Ray Davies was originally going to call it Liverpool Sunset. Waterloo bridge conveniently spans a bend of the river so the views are panoramic.
