Indeed, the opening few minutes alone will likely determine whether or not you're prepared to invest another second in the remaining three hours of its mammoth runtime - an elephant with a diarrhetic outburst, a morbidly obese man lapping up a golden shower and a tiny man holding a giant fake penis bigger than him to spray the gagging crowd with 'ejaculate'. It's a hell of a pre-credits hammer-blow, not just setting the tone but almost making the antics of the rest of the film positively tame by comparison.
