The next reason is that the chippings taken from the film and adopted by Bandai in the decals are way too coarse for this scale in my opinion. That fits more in 1:35. I don't have the PG Falcon, unfortunately, but I've built two other Bandai Star Wars kits and I can give some advice on the decals questions - Theres a thread over at Starship Modeller about the likeliness of Bandai releasing a large scale Millennium Falcon model kit hopefully soon, the main topic being whether it will be based on the 5 foot Falcon or the 32" Falcon......and the likeliness that it would be a tie in with the new film coming out at the end of the year. Bandai really went all out here. There has never been such an accurate and detailed model of the falcon. After all, what are we model builders for, close the gap. Includes an LED unit, Photo-Etched parts, water-transfer decals, a custom display base, and instructions. Includes seated figure parts of Han, Luke, Leia, Chewbacca, Obi-Wan, C-3PO But that’s why I didn’t understand why parts of the inner ship can only be seen in one of the larger holes and I filled the other holes with leftovers from the rummage box and styrene. Everything I've seen suggests that no-one paints this with brushes, it's all sprayed. Is this right? Use both, You can't replicate all the weathering with an airbrush.
