I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that you needed to time periods beyond 100 minutes, or else I would have noted the limitation. Casio state that this watch is water resistant to 50 meters. You can occasionally wear it in the shower or while swimming. But keep in mind that its resistance may degrade over time. This model is outfitted with mineral glass, which is quite hard, but may suffer a few scratches, which can generally be buffed out. This watch can be worn when showering and bathing - it is tested for water resistance up to 5 bar according to ISO 22810. It looks cool, BUT...I don't understand why Casio doesn't just make a simple watch like this and sell it. If it is so rare and costly, then I have trouble believing that it's authentic for having such simple features.
