Braulio Riserva is a limited batch production aged at least 24 months, created to pay homage to previous generations. Braulio Riserva is a treasure born out of Braulio - a recipe inspired by the traditional production process but with an added touch of modernity. Most versions of Prosecco are made according to the Charmat (or Martinotti) method; unlike the classic method of Champagne, where the secondary fermentation takes place in a bottle, fermentation for Prosecco occurs in a steel tank. This is done as Prosecco is a lighter-styled sparkling wine and winemakers want to preserve as much freshness as possible. (Recently, a few producers have produced Prosecco via the classic method, but this is the exception.) Vermouth di Torino GI is a handcrafted production in numbered bottles, created to be ultimate bartending companion. It presents a skillful balance of flavors only starting from whole botanicals, using traditional methods, and the unmissable ingredient: Artemisia from Piedmont. character, it’s pure and bright, as well as juicy and ripe, and complemented by a lovely creamy-textured fizz. Quite dry by Prosecco standards, this expression delivers more fresh fruit than sweetness, and represents a serious style of Prosecco for a surprisingly affordable price point.
