Later, Eagle Fang once again merged with Miyagi-Do with Johnny returning as co-sensei along with Daniel and Chozen to get them ready for the Sekai Taikai. After finding out that Terry Silver beat up Stingray and framed John Kreese, The Miyagi-Fangs, along with Tory, decided to break in the Flagship dojo to find the video of the beating. The break-in leads to a fight between Cobra Kai, Miyagi-Do, and Eagle Fang, where Mitch announces his betrayal by joining Cobra Kai again. The Miyagi-Fang students protect Anthony from the Cobra Kai students while he uses Demetri's tablet to upload the video of Silver confessing his crimes to Tory. After seeing Tory getting overpowered by Sensei Kim, Devon defects Cobra Kai to aid Tory and the Miyagi-Fangs, rejoining Eagle Fang in the process. After a lengthy fight between the students, Daniel and Silver arrive. One day while Mr. Miyagi is teaching Daniel at his house, Silver shows up and gives both Mr. Miyagi and Daniel a fake apology over Kreese's behavior after the All Valley tournament, as well as lies to them about Kreese dying as a result of losing his students to gain their sympathy. Unaware that Silver is lying, Mr. Miyagi and Daniel accept his apology and apologize for what happened to Kreese. Stevens, Dana (June 10, 2010). "The Karate Kid". Slate.
