The cot was easy to put together but you do need someone to help you, although this is only down to the size and weight of the cot as you assemble it. This is a really great cot. I love the style of the cot. The under cot storage is really handy with the pull-out drawer. I get a lot of nappies blankets and towels under there so that they are all hidden away. You can higher or lower the cot slats to a suitable height for you to place baby and according to how they grow. I have this cotbed for my son. It is a lovely colour and was a reasonable price with space beneath to store things. The fact that it adapts into a bed is brilliant as we can use it for any years. My only dislikes are the fact that the sides don't drop so now they mattress is lower it's harder to put him in/lift him out. The sides are also a little flimsy so I'd be concerned about damaging/breaking the slats if moving it. Good value for money though.
