I really liked Tanjiro as a character. You can see how much he loves his sister and would do anything for her, which I appreciated ✨ Demon Slayer, also known as Kimetsu no Yaiba in Japanese, is a popular manga and anime that has gained popularity in recent years. It was created by Koyoharu Gotouge and was first published in 2016. Synopsis: Savage demons devour unsuspecting humans in Taisho-era Japan. Armed with special swords, the Demon Slayer Corps fights to stop the devastation demons spread. Giyu Tomioka, the sole Water Hashira, and Kyojuro Rengoku, a high-ranking Kinoe, embark on missions to eliminate demons and prove their mettle as two of the fiercest Demon Slayers. Kimetsu No Yaiba starts great. Volume one sets everything: Tanjirou's mission, expositions about demons and demon slayers, the trainings and final challenges. It is a by-the-book shounen manga that follows all the beats of a tried and tested "coming of age" outline, but done very awesomely by Koyoharu Gotouge.

so i will admit most people would say this is 14+ but while i do agree with that at my age of 12 the story quite apeals and it has great role models so for all the good there is the bad, the tons of violence but trust your instincts so you decide but take this to heart I was struggling with giving this book a 3 or a 4 because there were aspects I reeeeally liked about it, but finally decided for a 3 (3.5 if it were possible) since the aspects I disliked outweight the good stuff, and some of the greatest aspects became negative at some point in the story. Synopsis: After centuries of preparation and training, the Demon Slayer Corps has come face-to-face with their greatest enemy, Muzan Kibutsuji. It is a desperate battle, and several Demon Slayers have already been killed. Tanjiro himself has engaged Muzan. Despite giving it everything he has, Tanjiro gets taken out of the fight! But although he is severely injured and near death, he sees a vision of his ancestor that may hold the key to finally destroying Muzan! This entire series is magic, addictive. The art style. The pacing. The MCs. The bonds of family and friendship. It's. All. With the movie and the first season now out, reading the manga is the way to go for fans who wanted to know and binge about this world and Tanjirou's journey, yet I may say that the anime is way better. The way they have handled the storyboards is just an eye pleaser. That is just my opinion though. Yet both media (written and animated) are worth it. It is just a matter therefore of personal choice whether or not you want to collect these volumes.

Kimetsu" is part of the original Japanese title of the series, "Kimetsu no Yaiba", which translates to "Demon Slayer". It's a series filled with intense battles, heartwarming moments, and a compelling underlying theme of family and love. Impressive. Interesting plots and characters. But most importantly, I could see the potential of the series, as in being intriguingly enjoyable, funny and *dramatic.🤞But the world and story as a whole are amazing, and the art is clean, and beautiful on the box set, and includes a lot of bonuses that any fan of the series would not doubt enjoy. Our main protagonist is the young Tanjiro who's taken in as a demon slayer after his family is murdered by a demon and his sister is infected. He hides his demon sister and tries to train her to be good, which is unheard of. If you've missed the hype surrounding this series (one of the highest revenue properties on the planet over the past couple years), let me fill you in a bit.
