Description

This is a spin-off on the traditional form of ‘Guess Who’ and involves playing detective by having a look at the frequently used emojis of each person’s keyboard. To play this virtually, each member takes a screenshot of their frequently used emojis and personally texts it to the team moderator. The team moderator then shares it with the team, and the first person to guess who the screenshot belongs to gets 5 points. The first player will ask their opponent a yes or no quesiton about their mystery person. Common questions are: Origami is one of the best ways to de-stress and get your inner child excited! To enjoy this activity as a team, members can take turns and teach others a chosen origami creation, on a regular basis. After a significant period of time, you would have built your very own origami army! Players take turns asking yes-or-no questions to narrow down the possible characters. For example, ask, "Does your character have a mustache?" or "Is your character a mother?"

The Gameboard Faces:Notice the difference among the 24 faces on your gameboard. Hair and eye colors are different; some faces have beards or mustaches; some are wearing hats or glasses. As you play you’ll notice several other differences among the gameboard faces. To play this virtually, split the team into groups of 2. The Team moderator sends a list of about 10 words to one player from each group. Make sure that the words are unique for every team.

Here’s a clip of Ben Langley’s audition on Britain’s Got Talent, where he puts a hilarious spin on the commonly misheard lyrics, ranging from The Lion King to the iconic Celine Dion song ‘All By Myself’. Each question must have either a “yes” or “no” answer. For example, you may ask: “does your person wear glasses?” Your opponent must then answer “yes” or “no”. a b Pahle, Rebecca (19 November 2012). If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re going to win this game hands-down! (Or so we like to believe.) Your second-cousin Jane, great uncle Tom, and your Poodle Nancy, we want to see them all!The final game that Electronic Guess Who? Extra adds is Guess Who 2. Basically Guess Who 2 is the same as normal Guess Who? except that the players are trying to guess two characters at the same time. This might not sound like much but it adds a lot more to the game than you would expect. Having to come up with questions that give you useful information for two different characters takes some work. You need to be careful when asking questions so you don’t make a false assumption. This variation actually eliminates quite a few of the problems from the original Guess Who? as you can’t really use the same winning strategy as efficiently. I think Guess Who 2 actually adds quite a bit of strategy to the game. After playing with this variant I don’t know if I would ever want to play with the normal rules ever again. a b c d e f g h i Einarson, John. To play this game, the team moderator divides the team into equal groups. One person from each group participates at a time. The moderator should display several things and the player should try and memorize the same within 60 seconds. Once the timer hits one minute, he/she should recall the names of as many things as possible.

I decided to create my own template, so I could make a personalized guess who game for gifts this Christmas. While Electronic Guess Who? Extra is not a perfect game, I think it is a pretty obvious improvement over the original game. For the most part the gameplay between the two games is exactly the same. Electronic Guess Who? Extra differs from the original game in two important ways. First it adds four different games that you can play. Two of the games are basically the same as the original game. The speed game doesn’t really work as it gives you too many things to worry about at the same time. I really liked the Guess Who 2 game though which is basically Guess Who? where you have to guess two characters at the same time. The other major addition to the game is the fact that the game comes with six different character sheets which add quite a bit of variety to the game. I especially liked the cards that feature things other than humans as it forces you to ask unique questions. This is a twist on the classic children’s game of Grandmother’s trunk. With adults, however, the possibilities are endless (read wild!).
