My first one only lasted a year and a half before the heating element went. I have just bought a new one and the first time trying to use the dyer it comes with ‘fault with heating element’. So unless you buy their ‘cover’ you will be spending more money on repairs. This is clearly a problem with this machine. Have 4-star rating as we managed to keep our ailing washing machine going during the period between visits. If we hadn’t been able to do that then I’d have given a lower score. The costs for delivery, installation services and monthly insurance products cannot be placed on BNPL. Just had the LED light replaced in my Haier Fridge. The 2 guys (Tony and Marc) arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. I am impressed with Haier, their service and build Quality.Spoke with customer care who advised speaking to Currys as they agreed it was not fit for purpose - but Curry's saying out of warranty (but Haier/warranty is 2 years minimum).
