We have had downtube-mounted batteries made with quality cells using popular casings from Hailong and Reention. They are designed for mounting to the water bottle eyelets on your frame tubing, though you can get a much more secure and versatile frame attachment using our Double Bob or Triple Bob anchors.We have fitted 1 of the most advanced BMS you will find in any Ebike Battery to keep the battery safe, performing 100%, to be reliable for the long-term and to give the user access to data for info and diagnosis. Read this manual before you are going to use the Hailong battery, and keep it for reference. This manual contains important safety, performance and battery functions. The battery we choose as example is model Hailong I-1, some customer name it Hailong III. Correct disposal of damaged, used and redundant battery ---- Do not touch heavily damaged batteries with your bare hands, since electrolyte may leak and cause skin irritation. I subsequently replaced the 15amp BPM with a 30amp BPM that prevented this issue from occurring, as the OEM batteries from Cyrusher come with a 30amp BMS. However even doing so I never got more than 20 miles out of a rated “30ah” Hailong bought on Alibaba regardless of the PAS settings but the 17ah from Cyrusher gets 48 miles using the same PAS settings and all things being equal (i.e. same path to work, same stop and go, same speed, same PAS, etc.) I work for an Electric car manufacturer, and have access to some testing equipment and a lot of smart people that know about how all of this works, I have done some real world research as to fine tune my e-bikes for the best range and speed I can get. Hailong cases were generally only supplied with a DC2.1 charge connector. These are rated 3A (which is not much for a battery that might be almost 14Ah in capacity).With a multi-protection functions such as the stall, over-current, over-temperature, under-voltage, speed driving, phase shortage, output short circuit etc., so as to protect the vehicle electronic control systems and traffic safety; Replace this widget content by going to Appearance / Widgets and dragging widgets into Footer Area 3.
