It’s a solid effect that is especially helpful to the units this detachment is intended to benefit, and since it’s already been in play with the Index version of Oath of Moment , we can be fairly confident that including it here isn’t going to turn these lists into meta-stomping monsters all on its own, especially when it’s limited to a single battle round.
