This is the kind of book that can engage kids into reading books. The illustrations are colourful, relevant to the text, and funny. The story itself is the right level of sillyness and playfulness that you want in a kids book. Not surprisingly it abounds in bum and fart jokes, and even has some bum puns. Admittedly, the text may not earn the author a spot in Poet's Corner, but then again, this is not supposed to be high poetry. You’ll see that I do a lot of readers for schools. I enjoy doing these. They’re like a story and a puzzle combined. The story is the most important part but there are lots of reading level challenges to get right too. The readers go all over the world, with some of them translated into other languages. Price told the Times literacy instruction was crucial at his school, in a county where more than 21% live under the poverty line.

The whole idea was as hilarious as it was preposterous, so I confess I did come into this already already biased towards the writer and artist, and they did not let me down, either one of them. Of course, I'm way to old for this kind of a book, but that didn't prevent me from maximizing my enjoyment and having some fun with it. A definate 5 stars for this one, it was so fun to watch my niece laughing and enjoying herself and watch how it got her imagination working overtime.

Juan is the person employees go to when knowledge of a topic was needed. juan holds ________ power. The art was also fun. The illustrator really can draw butts! And it made everything written become even more funny. I'm not really a fan of the illustration style, however, particularly the way the boy was drawn. I did like the use of color, though. Come and see us sometime. Bring your swimming gear and your fishing rods. If you let me know you’re coming I’ll make you some hokey-pokey biscuits. This children's book was so crazy. You know how young kids like butt or poot stories. This book is not exactly manner related, but it is not offensive & basically child appropriate if you allow your child to have a good laugh when they toot or hear the word butt.

This was ADORABLE. :D It's a short book filled with imaginative butts...what could be better? The Illustrations by Ross Kinnaird really make the book special, since they're so incredibly colorful. I took more time on this book than one normally would, because I was staring at all of the colorful illustrations that I'm sure children would adore. This book was wonderfully hilarious and had me in absolute stitches. The illustrations are brilliant and greatly add to the story, bringing even more comic value to the story too! All in all, this was a lot of fun and a fantastic short enjoyable read. Any book that can capture a kid's interest and have them wanting to read it again, and then read another book is a good book - a great book.
