I have made homemade hot cocoa mix with equal parts dry milk and cocoa powder. You can heat water or milk for your hot cocoa and use your choice of sweetener to taste! Hi, I don't usually post, but, seeing as how your cocoa is the Aldi's brand, I just wanted to say, regarding the comment about instant milk prices, the Aldi instant milk is delicious and priced well. I have used it for years. I live it compared to bottled skim milk. What I do though is measure 1/2 cup powder (instead of the 1/3 cup) to the 8 oz water.
