Description

Sublimely Autumnal; earthy sweet soft clods of steamy cooked vegetal aromas laced with rich velvety asparagus, agave and white pepper. Luxuriously ripe red fruits, crumbled marvelously into Autumnal garden essence. Honeyed, complex and profoundly enjoyable. Konstantin Platonov, a wealthy Russian scientist from St. Petersburg, founded the distillery together with Gregoriy Badyn, a merchant of the second guild. In 2002, the Yukagir Mammoth was unearthed in Yakutia, Arctic Siberia, having spent 18,00 years in the ice. Few have experienced its uncommonly wild and haunting beauty, unspoiled forests, lakes, rivers, and the Altai Mountains.

MAMONT vodka is created in the Altai region from seed to the bottle. The Itkul distillery with a century-old history and production traditions was chosen as a perfect place to create the best vodka. In the pure environment of the Altai region, we cultivate wheat, rye, barley and millet, which we use to produce our malt spirit. Mamont создается наодном изстарейших действующих спиртовых заводов Сибири вАлтайском крае— Иткульском спиртзаводе. The Tayport distillery is located in Fife, Scotland, northeast of Edinburgh, just across from the Highland line. Tayport’s vodka is based on a mash bill of malted barley. It all started in 2001, when a group of twelve explorers got trapped in the South Pole after surviving an emergency landing. While waiting for a rescue team in the deep Antarctic cold, they began warming themselves up with vodka and started planning their next expedition: the discovery of the Great Mammoth in Siberia.

Georgian Bay Spirit Vodka needs no introduction. It has already been selected as the Best Vodka at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The distillery uses water from Elmvale Ontario, which it considers “the purest water on the planet.” Unlike the chemical fermentation, during the sprouting process the natural enzymes are formed inside the grain, ensuring the natural fermentation. This process, unique for the alcohol production, gives the Mamont vodka its special mild taste. We have gained valuable knowledge from previous generations and sharpened our skills to allow us to create a spirit of the highest quality using the power of the land. MAMONT мывыбрали один изсамых экологически чистых уголков России— Алтай. Отзерна донапитка— MAMONT создается водной местности попринципу терруара. No, Stalinskaya is not inspired by Joseph Stalin. Actually, both names were inspired by stal, the Russian word for steel. The term denotes strength. The Romanian vodka is distilled from top grade wheat using a proprietary three step distillation process. According to the company, it is then “filtered through birch charcoal and silver ions for smoothness and exceptional clarity.”

Vodka from distant Siberia has the shape of a mammoth tusk. Its secret of exceptional smoothness, softness and richness of tones lies in unique Siberian raw materials and craftsmanship. It is made from pure sibrabe wheat and crystal clear water. Mamont vodka is filtered three times through Siberian birch charcoal, which gives it endless softness. Local cedar nuts are used for the final flavor. Nomadic, like man, the Mammoth is known to have travelled thousands of kilometres across a vast region that would be their homeland: Wild Siberia. http://www.mamontvodka.com/rituel/

Made from winter wheat grown on a single estate in southern Sweden, Absolut’s luxury bottling Elyx is distilled in a vintage copper column still from 1921. This is one of our favourite vodkas: rich and rounded, with a luscious silky texture. Light grain aromas, plus notes of fresh bread, white chocolate and mellow spice. The palate has creamy cereal notes, vanilla, macadamia nuts and baked pastries. Alc 42.3% A premium Russian vodka made using a revolutionary freeze filtration technique, filtering the spirit at -18°C. This makes all impurities freeze against the walls of the filtration tanks giving ultra-high levels of purity and making it one of the smoothest on the market. It has subtle flavours of creamy aniseed with a light spiciness and balanced dryness on the palate. A fantastic buy from one of the most prestigious vodka brands. Alc 40% Famille Naud is a French Cognac producer who also produces a pot still, winter wheat-based vodka. The grain is sourced from the agricultural region to the northeast of Paris. Aromatic sloes are joined by kirsch and ripe plums on the nose. An interplay between sweet apricot and tea develops on a lovely, dry palate. Festive spices and marzipan evolve into a cooling, herbal finish. Absolutely divine.
