If making your own papaya juice, pass the fresh papaya chunks through a juicer to extract the juice. Using a juicer is the easiest way to make fresh papaya juice. However, if you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and a fine mesh strainer instead. Use a flavored simple syrup. For a flavor variation, replace the regular simple syrup with a flavored one, such as this banana syrup, this peach syrup, this raspberry syrup or this strawberry syrup. Orange Juice: Use freshly squeezed orange juice if you have fresh oranges. Otherwise, use a high quality store bought orange juice without pulp.
