We have very very hard water, and until I recently cleaned out the internals of the cistern limescale in the mechanism had meant many years of constantly dribbling water in the loo. The result is that about half of the toilet rim doesn't have any water coming out, the flush isn't too effective! This product is very good . Keeps the cistern very clean and smelling fresh .
