I have yet to try it on my other LED watch, which has even deeper scratches, but given how well the polyWatch glass polish kit performed, I am quite sure the result will be every bit as good. Polywatch is for removing fine scratches so the scratches have to be minor, or it's used as a final polish. Trying to remove large/deep scratches with it is not really the proper use. If the scratches are deep enough, you will just make them shiny rather then remove them. Using Polywatch on this for example, would be mostly useless: polyWatch is a German company that has forged an excellent reputation in the watch industry. They currently offer three kits specifically designed to improve and enhance watches; Plastic Polish, Glass Polish and Watch Protector. The three kits come with everything you need and cost a lot less than you would imagine. the bigger question to me is why is the damn instrument plexi on 4-runners is so fragile that ONE (and I mean one!) single polish with a fiber cloth swirled it up the first week I bought it and polywatch has only helped about 80% -which isnt too bad but I'd really come to expect more from toyota. I'm just reading this thread for the 1st time and didnt realize I was not the only one with the 4runner problem. I really thougt I used some cloth that had grit embedded in it by accident. At least I know now.

The whole process seemed to take no time at all. In fact, I probably spent more time reading the instructions than I did polishing the glass face on the watch! Polywatch alone does remove the tiny scratches and gives a nice overall finish, sort of like a coat of wax on a car finish. Brasso has also been recommended to me to take scratches out of acrylic....can anyone confirm or deny before I give it a go?Confirmed. Has made my own Speedy crystal gleam like new, once or twice. I've used it on my GMT Master as well, with excellent results.

T cut followed by polywatch. You can use quite agressive tactics to get scrtaches out of acrylic crystals; I`ve used 1200 grip wet and dry followed by chrome cleaner, T cut and finally polywatch. Brasso has also been recommended to me to take scratches out of acrylic....can anyone confirm or deny before I give it a go?

They suggested polywatch on the crystal; but I tried toothpaste. I was afraid to use poly watch as I thought I was more abrasive. The toothpaste Took the sun spots out after a few applications. Amazing stuff. You can post in Sales Corner if your post count is 250 or more and you have been registered as a member for 180 days or more. Hesalite is Omega's term for acrylic crystals.......as far as I know. I can`t tell any difference and I`ve polished a few. I apply Polywatch with a slightly damp cloth and rub in a circular manner. Works great on acrylic crystals and, with enough elbow grease, will even remove some fine scratches from mineral glass. The glass polish kit comes with everything you need, including a couple of syringes, a polishing rod and strips and some easy to understand instructions. The whole process is incredibly simple, and even someone as inexperienced as me found it a breeze! not to diss polywatch ... but I bought a bottle of "generic poly carbonate headlight polish" ... big ass bottle for 0.99 ... its the same - works the same No matter how careful you are, plastic watch glasses will scratch over time. This is mainly due to the position of the watch on the wrist, where it can easily scrape against a wall or other object. Unlike glasses, these scratches only detract from the beauty of the watch and not its function. However, it is annoying to constantly look at it. The product Polywatch is especially great for superficial hairline scratches as it doesn’t require a lot of grinding of the plastic material on the crystal. However, PolyWatch also works well for deeper scratches, although you need to apply more pressure and polish for a longer period of time.

He previously worked as a fashion model, was in the British Army and created companies in the technology, venture capital and financial services sectors. I'm curious about Polywatch, or any single product for that matter for a full crystal polish. I assumed that to get a good polish (ranging from scratch elimination all the way to a high shine), you need to progressively decrease the I have used on prescription lenses after a nasty scratch. I’m the guy who opts for whatever basic lenses are covered under annual insurance. I will sometimes, depending on the watch, use a coarse as 400 grit to start - all done by hand and you do need to be careful not to overdo it. It looks worse before it looks better: Using the syringe, you apply a small amount of the paste to the glass; it should be noted that polyWatch does not recommend you do this on coated surfaces, just plain glass.

Either you or someone you know will have an old watch stored away, and there is a chance it could be worth some good money. Nowadays, nostalgia is booming, and so is the vintage watch collecting market. So, when you come across a vintage watch, you should try to keep it looking as good as possible, and one of the simplest ways to do it is with a polyWatch glass polish kit.

PolyWatch is a simple and reliable solution against scratches. The unique PolyWatch paste, which has proven itself millions of times, even removes deep scratches! It is not without reason that PolyWatch is the number 1 worldwide when it comes to watch polishes for acrylic glass. The innovative plastic deformation technology, which slightly softens the clear lacquer on the glass to fill in damaged spots, polishes away scratches and blemishes in an instant. Instructions
